Delivery Policy
On the Date and Time you request, we call the phone number
you specify. When the phone is answered, the selected superstars message
is played. If you have recorded the optional tag-on message (along with
the recipient's first name), the recipient hears their name and is told they
have a special message from one of their favourite superstars. The superstar
greeting is then played followed by your very own personal tag-on-message!
Once heard, they have the option to replay the message. If the call goes into
voice mail or answering machine, the superstars greeting is automatically
left for easy retrieval. If the call is answered live, the recipient can call
an 800 number to retrieve their message for up to 14 more days.
Please Note:
If (You) the sender choose to add your own personal tag-on message,
you must call in to record within 24 hours.
