PHONE GREETINGS
On the Date and Time you request, we call the phone number you specify. When the phone is answered, the riders message is played. If you have recorded the optional tag-on message (along with the recipient's first name), the recipient hears their name and is told they have a special message from their favorite PBR rider. The greeting is then played followed by your very own personal tag-on-message. Once heard, they have the option to replay the message. If the call goes into voice mail or answering machine, the rider’s greeting is automatically left for easy retrieval. If the call is answered live, the recipient can call an 800 number to retrieve their message for up to 14 more days.

When the call is received, the rider’s intro message is heard followed by your personalized reminder. If you do not answer the call or your line is busy, we attempt to call you 4 more times in 5 minute intervals.

WAKEUP CALLS
Tired of that obnoxious alarm clock every morning?? No WORRIES. We now have a wakeup service with “FLAIR” – have one of our PBR superstars call you to get your act in gear. When you answer the phone you hear their WakeUP Message and are told to press 1 to acknowledge you're awake. If you do not press 1, or you do not answer the call, or your line is busy, we attempt to call you 4 more times in 5 minute intervals.

When you order a Reminder or WakeUP Call, you will receive information about your Call Calendar, along with your customer email receipt. Simply follow the instructions to login to your account.

• View / Update / Cancel your account
• Calendar shows your calls until scheduled delivery time
• Edit calls up-to 15 min prior to scheduled delivery time
• Edit each call up-to 3 times
• Change the Date & Time, Time Zone, Phone Number
• Edit the Reminder Message (Reminder Calls Only)

NOTE: Canceling your account does NOT cancel any scheduled calls.
